Over several weeks, colleagues eagerly placed their predictions, followed the matches and debated the results. Who would score the next surprise goal? Which team would come out on top? And who would collect the most points? From bold underdog picks to seemingly safe predictions, everything was represented.

While there was certainly a healthy dose of competitive spirit, one thing mattered most: having fun together. The prediction game sparked conversations across the company, brought colleagues from different departments together and made the tournament even more exciting for everyone.

At the end of the competition, the top predictors were of course rewarded for their efforts. The winners in first, second and third place received great prizes. But there was also a surprise for the person finishing last: a consolation prize, presented with a wink and responsible for a few extra laughs during the award ceremony.
