NorisCon Management GmbH is the central service company for the entire KUPA Group and plays a key role. As an administration and logistics company, NorisCon ensures that all processes run seamlessly—from organization to operational implementation. The company's core tasks are wide-ranging, from digitalization to HR, and it guarantees barrier-free delivery of goods. It is also responsible for IT services, such as internal platform management and automation, as well as implementing corporate design and web projects (e.g., the relaunch of the KUPA homepage in October 2025).

Our All-Round Expertise

In addition to accounting and controlling, NorisCon also handles IT services and platform management. It also manages HR and facility management. Furthermore, NorisCon is responsible for logistics coordination, ensuring that goods reliably move from production sites in Asia to customer delivery. This creates flexibility for the group's operational units and enables efficient processes. Beyond traditional administrative tasks, NorisCon also takes on strategic projects in IT and digitalization. These include automating internal processes, maintaining and further developing platforms, as well as implementing corporate design and web projects.
