My name is Uli Wittmann. I am part of KUPA since 2011 and today I serve as one of the three managing partners, responsible for Strategic Business Development, Finance, Digitalization & IT, Human Resources, and Logistics. My daily motivation is to drive the continuous development of the entire KUPA family, keeping future challenges and opportunities in mind while always relying on a competent and motivated team across all our companies worldwide.

My name is Rüdiger Bonifer. I am part of KUPA since 2005 and am one of the three managing partners. I am responsible for Production, Procurement, Sustainability, and our international offices. With my extensive experience in corporate leadership and international management, I combine strategic thinking with practical implementation. I place great importance on strong production, sustainable practices, and teamwork, enabling us to develop our company efficiently and globally.

My name is Patrick Scholand. Since 2020, I am also a managing director of the KUPA Group. I am responsible for Sales and Design and am proud to work alongside my two colleagues on the continued development and future of our company. I joined the KUPA family in 2009 and have grown within my areas of expertise, first as a Key Account Manager and later additionally as Head of Department.
